Here is a template you may wish to use.

Maximum 200 words.

Aims and Objectives

Clearly state the overall aim and list specific objectives. Where possible, use SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).

Methodology

Including design (e.g. retrospective review, prospective audit, survey), data sources, sample size (if known), and audit criteria or research outcomes.

Ethics or Governance Approval

Indicate the department(s), ward(s), or clinical service(s) where the project will be conducted.

Project Location(s)

Indicate the department(s), ward(s), or clinical service(s) where the project will be conducted.

Project Costs

Costs associated with the project may include rouses, training, travel, software etc References

Expected Timeline

Outline anticipated dates and duration of key phases, such as data collection, analysis, and write-up.
